Other things to note BY BOOKING THIS HOME, ALL GUESTS AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING HOUSE RULES: 1. Check in: 4pm, Check out: 10am. Early check-in/Late checkout can be requested but is subject to availability. 2. Parties, events, or excessive noise are not allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10pm – 7am. 3. No smoking of any kind, anywhere inside the premises. This includes the use of e-cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana. 4. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests indicated at reservation. Any additional guests or visitors are not permitted unless approved ahead of time by host. 5. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events. 6. We understand accidents happen, so if there is any accidental or intentional damage caused to the home, please let us know prior to your departure. 7. Guests are prohibited from carrying or otherwise possessing a firearm at any time on property grounds, including carrying firearms in an open or concealed manner. This policy applies to all types of firearms. 8. No tampering with the pool equipment. NO DIVING is allowed in the pool and no glass is allowed in the pool either. All children under the age of 16 need to be supervised in the backyard or water at all times, no matter what their swimming skills. All guests are acknowledging that they will not leave any children unattended in the backyard or on the property. 9. Have fun and please respect our home, neighborhood, and neighbors. 10. The maximum occupancy for this property is not to exceed a family size of six adults and their related dependent children. 11. We keep the pool heater running from November- May each year….The pool heater is an electric heater and is weather based heater. So we try and keep it around 87 degrees, and on colder days it may not be able to reach these temperatures. 12. 4 of the beds listed are in the common areas are foldable cots that are currently in the master bedroom closets. They can be brought out for use in the oversized living room, or used for sleeping in the master bedroom.
