Our lofts are built with natural and locally sourced materials, offering a modern, spacious, and bright environment, perfect for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The space The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: refrigerator, freezer, microwave, kettle, and dishwasher. Upon request at check-in, you can ask for a toaster and an American coffee maker; the classic Italian moka is also available. The kitchen is provided with all the utensils (plates, cutlery, tools, pots, glasses, and wine glasses to enjoy local wine). Our facility is only two minutes from the Le Plaze swimming beach, where dogs are welcome and can swim. Val di Non is a true paradise for animal lovers, with many trails and green areas where dogs can run freely. Lake Tovel and the Adamello Brenta Natural Park are also ideal for hikes with your loyal friends, ensuring unforgettable moments in nature. Guest access IMPORTANT INFORMATION -We kindly ask you to contact us by phone approximately 30 minutes before your arrival or let us know your expected arrival time in advance. -There are 3 parking spaces available in front of the house. If these are occupied, we have 2 additional reserved parking spaces for our guests, located on the main road near the charging stations. -Please avoid stopping, even for a minute, in front of the gate or the driveway, and make sure to park within the designated lines. -At check-in, you will be asked to provide identification documents and pay the tourist tax of €1.50 per person per day, which is not included in the booking. -There is no need to bring bottled water, as our water comes directly from the mountains and is of excellent quality. Other things to note -Our house is located just a few minutes from the valley center, where you will find all essential services such as shops, bars, and pharmacies. -The house is situated in a quiet village with all the main services. Just 300 meters away, easily reachable on foot, there is a small supermarket, while larger supermarkets, located only 1 km away, are open even on holidays. In the surrounding area, there are numerous restaurants, lodges, and venues where you can enjoy local cuisine. We will be happy to recommend the best places to eat. -Our property is affiliated with a villa just 100 meters away, which offers an excellent breakfast service. Upon request, you can enjoy a generous buffet breakfast in a unique setting. -Additionally, we are partnered with the same villa for access to the wellness center and spa.
