It's only about 40 feet to the water's edge, with a rocky and wooded shore plus a dock for water access. This house is custom-built, and everything from the design to furnishings are unique. Kick back and enjoy the serenity of the lake while the washer/dryer does the laundry. Find a recipe to try out in the upscale kitchen with the free WiFi, then watch a DVD or check out what's on cable. Play a game of air hockey, billiards, foosball, or Ping-Pong in the basement game room, then snag a spot next to the outdoor fire pit to roast some marshmallows. Beaver Cove is a small, quiet community with quiet hours from 9 PM until 7 AM. This is a private vacation home and the max occupancy is 14 people. The use of the property for events or other gatherings is not permitted. Absolutely no dogs allowed in our outside of the unit. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
