The space The guest house is located ABOVE the garage with a private entrance. The guest house has a private master bedroom and on-suite full bathroom. The guest house is spacious enough for guests looking for extended stays. There is a flight of stairs that guests need to climb to access the casita. The Casita guests will hear the garage open and close as the Casita is located above the garage. Guest access Parking is limited to one vehicle in the driveway. There is overflow parking available on Cerulean Way for oversized vehicles. Other things to note The guesthouse guests share the East Side of the backyard with the main house guests. The casita is located above the garage, so on occasion, the owner will need to access the garage through the garage door. The guest house is accessed by a flight of stairs.
