NO CLEANING FEES Three bedrooms and two baths with sleeping for up to ten guests. The kitchen comes with all appliances and everything you will need to prepare and cook a meal. The living room is off of the kitchen area and features a sitting area with flat-screen television. Two sliding glass doors exit to the outdoor brick patio. A picnic table and propane grill completes this great area. Back inside and off of the dining area is another sliding glass door that exits to the rear wooden deck. No cleaning fees and no need to bring your own sheets and towels. The beds will be made and full linens provided. The open floor plan is great for your island vacation. The kitchen is stocked with basic spices, cooking oil and plenty of pots and pans. Coffee machine and coffee is provided. There is a crock pot for you to use. The dining room table seats 10 people. The bar area in the living room is a good space for entertaining. The house comes with a corn hole set. The private back deck is a great space for food and drinks. The two smaller bedrooms share a bathroom. The master bedroom has it's own bathroom. The Island Club neighborhood is has 74 houses of neighbors vacationing. Sunday through Thursdays this is a great place for families with kids. Friday and Saturday it’s full of party vacationers. The house is not kid friendly Friday or Saturday Guests have full access to the entire house. Owner or management are always close by on the island. Island club is a vacation neighborhood community. There are about 75 houses. We have a large pavilion that is beside the pool for all of our guests to use. Island club has a taxi service. When you arrive the cab drivers usually come by and give you their cards. The cab numbers are also on the fridge. Let me know if you want to rent a golf cart. I will put you in contact with the rental company. You can also bring your vehicle and drive anywhere you want to go on the island. Island club is just over a mile from downtown.
