If you have a preference, you must reach out to us prior to booking to confirm which one you will receive. LAYOUT 1: Has a king bed in one bedroom and 2 double beds in a second bedroom with a queen sofabed and one kitchen and one living room. LAYOUT 2: Has 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms and a king bed in each bedroom and 1 queen sofabed in each living room. Wyndham requires a full name and address for guest confirmation, with valid photo ID, and must be at least 21 years of age. The reservation will be booked into the guest’s name as it appears on Airbnb. If this name does not match your photo ID or if a guest by a different name will be checking in, you must provide the first and last name at the time of booking. You MUST message me within 24 hours of booking this reservation through this website the physical address as it appears on the photo ID of the person who will be first to check-in. Failure to do so can result in a reservation cancellation due to a violation of the House Rules and no reimbursement of booking fees. This is a STRICT policy that can not be waived. A valid credit card will be required at check-in. There will be a $150 credit card hold which is released at check-out if there are no outstanding charges. This is a time-share resort. You will be a guest of the owner. You might be offered a gift for listening to the Wyndham time share presentation. This is NOT obligatory. Photos and descriptions are representative of the units, but may vary from unit slightly. Similar to a hotel, condos are assigned at check-in. Upon arrival, you may request a specific floor, or view, and the resort staff will do their best to accommodate based on availability. You may request as many keys as there are people staying in the condo. Maid service is not included but can be added for a fee. Please inquire at front desk. Wireless Internet is free for up to 4 devices. The resort reserves the right to assign a different unit of the same type and occupancy as confirmed with this confirmation. Late Arrivals: Please notify the resort of your late arrival and check-in no later than 48 hours after your scheduled arrival date. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation without notification. Your safety is very important to us, so we closely follow local regulations for maximum occupancy per unit. On occasion, resorts will shut down certain amenities for variety reasons (e.g., weather, repairs, renovations). It is the guests responsibility to contact the resort directly prior to making a booking/reservation to confirm that any specific amenity is not affected during the period of the stay. As a host we cannot guarantee that the amenities are always available due to needs of the resort to do things like repairs, renovations or weather conditions. There is no requirement to attend any seminar or presentation associated with this reservation. If you are asked to attend, you are under no obligation to do so.
