PET FRIENDLY WITH STIPULATIONS*** We welcome well-trained non-shedding dogs to stay in this home. A daily pet fee will be charged after your reservation is made, should you decide to bring a furry friend (this includes emotional support animals). We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Crate-trained pups are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. It is understood that while we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations, any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00. Please no cats for allergenic reasons. Beach Accesses for ALL Prominence homes are via South Walton public beach access points. Most Prominence guests utilize Deer Lake State Park beach access or other nearby public beach accesses. Prominence homes do not have direct beach access via Watersound Club nor do they have access to Watersound private club facilities. INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach. Guest access Prominence on 30A is certain to attract families looking to experience the area with easy access to new and long time 30A haunts along the beautiful white beaches of The Panhandle. Prominence features incredible amenities, open green spaces & easy access to over 17 miles of bike paths. "The Big Chill”, the community's town center includes restaurants, shops, and an amphitheater with a covered event pavilion, cinema screen for movies and a stage for concerts & events. Watch a game on the big screen or enjoy a family "screen on the green". There is entertainment most nights during season. Several culinary delights await such as terrific bbq, tacos, spirits, ice cream along with unique one of a kind eateries to explore during your stay. Prominence even has its own General Store, 30A General Store, where you will find a variety of sundries, wines, snacks, toiletries, cooking supplies, beach items, clothing, and more!   Prominence is perfectly placed right in the middle of Seaside & Seagrove Beach on the west and Alys & Rosemary on the east. 20 minutes to Pier Park. Other things to note Parking on the street is prohibited at Prominence. Please park in your designated parking spot(s). There are no condiments or spices left in this rental for sanitary purposes. Help is available 24/7 via several different methods such as text, phone and email. Please be aware the cleaning fee includes the cleaning fee, the reservation fee, the license fee, the parking passes and the wristbands. These fees are non-negotiable. The free activities offered are subject to availability and require a reservation through our concierge service, Xplorie. Once you make your booking, we will send you the instructions to easily reserve your complimentary admissions & perks! Although there is a very good chance of availability, they can sell out during peak seasons. We encourage you to make your reservations as much in advance as possible as we do not refund if they are sold out. Unused admissions expire daily. Starting March 1, 2022 Golf cart rentals by 30A Gulf Carts are permitted within the Prominence neighborhood. The rental of these carts is first come, first serve with limited availability. No other golf carts are permitted in Prominence other than 30A Gulf Cart rentals or carts owned by homeowners. Information on how to reserve your golf cart can be found in our app. Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, technical difficulties sometimes occur. Should you require stable internet service for work or pleasure; please bring a hotspot or an ethernet cord to plug into the router.
