Private and secure gated entrance to the South side entrance of our property and home, with plenty of parking for your vehicle(s) and/or RV. All essentials; including laundry, Wi-Fi, Cable TV. Explore one of the many nearby lakes! Play area including a sand area, trampoline, and swings. Due to recent COVID-19 activity we are cleaning all areas of our rentals with a medical grade disinfectant. The space Our property is full fenced and secure. Great neighborhood to stroll. Just a mile and a half to Chino Valley business district. Shopping and restaurants all nearby. Other things to note Our private guest house is attached to the main dwelling, with a private patio and private access on the South side of our house. There is also a shared patio area off the rear of the house.
