Post office is Tracys Landing, but the cottage is located in Fairhaven, Maryland, right on the bay (a private community between Deale and North Beach). I can see Herrington Harbor South (the site of many weddings) from our beach. No loud gatherings--we value our serenity here! Guest access Private community beach.
