Post office is Tracys Landing, but the cottage is located in Fairhaven, Maryland, right on the bay (a private community between Deale and North Beach). I can see Herrington Harbor South (the site of many weddings) from our beach. No loud gatherings--we value our serenity here! Private community beach. Two kayaks (one double and one single). I can meet you at the property or in the DC area to give you a key or leave one for you. My neighbors are so nice. We value the special, quiet, private, serene enclave we have here. About half are year-round residents and half are summer people. Peaceful getaway one hour from DC. Closest stores/restaurants are a ten minute drive (or kayak) to either Deale or North Beach/Chesapeake Beach. Can kayak to a couple of restaurants. Ten minute drive (or less) to Deale, North Beach, Chesapeake Beach and Rosehaven. Nice for walking, though no sidewalks. Plenty of parking at my house (can fit three cars on oyster shell parking area in front of house and possibly more on grass on side yard).
