The space This condo includes the following: - Full kitchen supplied with cookware, includes coffee maker - Pellet stove for fires and there is also baseboard heating sources in 3 locations. - 1,000sf total space - Spacious loft - Private balcony - 3 smart TV's (65" in the LR and 55” in MBR and Loft) and listing includes free streaming of HULU, Disney+, ESPN+ and NETFLIX. Additionally, old school Basic cable is also included (on the LR and Loft TV's only). - 2 parking spots - Keyless entry BED SITUATION: New California King in master, 3 new twins in loft, in the LR there's a cot avail for use or the comfortable couch (does not pull out). BATHROOM SITUATION: 1 separate bathroom that has a shower and toilet. There are also 2 vanity sinks with mirrors located in separate rooms from the bathroom; one in hallway leading to bathroom and one in the master bedroom. WASHER/DRYER: There is a coin operated washer and dryer on the premises; it is located in a separate building at the community center area near the office. Please be advised a minimum charge of $200 may be charged if it is discovered that guests have brought pets into this unit. 6 guests maximum per local ordinances.
