The room has been freshly remodeled, new curtains, blinds, screens, air vents, paint,floors, mattress, sheets. It is in the eco-friendly building More Music 🎶, all the electric comes from solar panels on the rooftop. It is 1 block from all the attractions, movies,shopping, restaurants, bars, gym. The beach is a 10 min walk and a quick drive. It is a lively neighborhood with an abundance of energy and a fun city feel. I am quiet, clean and considerate. I live in the other bedroom on premises. :) The space Guests, enjoy a wrap around window view of the area from the room. Hardwood floors throughout the apartment. The kitchen is available to use and so is the breakfast nook. That is specially designed for the guests. Guest access The parking lot is available for the guests, please register the auto with me prior to arrival. During your stay I am available for the guests if I’m on premises.
