Peaceful guest suite with a private entrance on the picturesque St. Johns River. The suite has a queen size bed, private bath with shower and is workplace ready. Host provides light breakfast snacks. Guests can enjoy a private screened in porch with complete outdoor seating, the sunset off the dock, or take a dip in the pool for a swim. Please note that although there is a fireplace on the porch it is non working at this time. Enclosed three season porch is a perfect indoor outdoor space. From the porch you can sit back and watch the sunset without the pesky mosquitoes. The bedroom has two comfy oversized sitting chairs for you to relax in while reading a book or watching TV. Coffee and light snacks are provided as is a microwave and small refrigerator. Guests can enjoy the porch and patio. There is a small table on the porch for two and a large table on the patio which seats 8. Guests are free to walk the property. The dock is stable but enter at your own risk. The pool is not included in this listing. When at home we meet all guests upon arrival and departure. If you need anything in between, please do not hesitate to contact us! In an emergency there is an alternate contact. Mandarin is a quaint neighborhood in southern Jacksonville. You will find everything you need within a 5- 10 minute drive of the property. Multiple parks, restaurants, grocery stores, retail stores, and so much more near. We are a 5 minute drive from I-295, 20 minutes from downtown Jax, 30 minutes from the ocean, and 35 minutes from Jacksonville International Airport. No weapons are permitted on the property. No pets are permitted. The pool is is not included in this listing, There is to be no cooking in the suite except for food that goes in the provided microwave. Fireplace is decorative and non functioning.
