A two bedroom, two bath condo in a great location between Keystone Mountain Resort and the cities of Silverthorne and Dillon. A short drive/bus ride takes you to the outdoors of Lake Dillon or the ski slopes at Arapahoe Basin, Keystone Resort or Breckenridge. This is a corner unit that has national forest land on both sides. The condo, very comfortably, accomodates up to six people. There is new 10 person hot tub in the complex to help you relax after a long day that is maintained by the HOA. The space Our condo is a cozy two bedroom on the corner of the complex. It is quiet and up against a national forest. Inside you can stay warm and comfortable next to the fire or relax in the newly installed hot tub. Guest access Guests have access to two parking spots and the hot tub. As well as the condo which sleeps 6 people. There is also a shuttle stop in the complex that can take you to Keystone resort. The shuttle service is on the Red Route and runs daily from Dec. 18, 2021 - April 17, 2022. The shuttle leaves at :06 :26 :46 from the complex. During the Covid-19 pandemic our HOA decided to upgrade our complex hot tub from a 4 person to 10 person. The new hot tub is now open for guests starting December 9, 2021.
