Our family & pet-friendly home is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable, socially distanced (all bedrooms have a full bath) stay: HEPA Air Purifiers, WiFi, A/C, washer/dryer, sheets, towels, kitchen necessities, soaps, lotions & other amenities you may need during your stay. Bike rack in back, Free parking for up to 4 cars. All bedrooms have own, full bathroom. Walk in the front door to the main level that includes a cozy and comfortable living room, dining area and modern kitchen for shared meals or relaxing coffee prep in the mornings. There is a convenient powder room on this level. Upstairs are four (4) bedrooms - each with its' own ensuite bath. 3 king bedrooms and bunk room (4 singles). Laundry in the basement. FREE Parking for 4 cars available. Access to entire house. Feel free to call or text with any questions or concerns. You're in the middle of IT ALL in Newport. Walk to mansions, art galleries, shops and restaurants and take a run or rent a bike around Ocean Drive. It is a short drive (or a long walk) over to the beaches of Newport and Middletown. Walk to all, and we have a bike rack in back of house for locking your bike or your bike rental. Along with the convenience of being downtown, comes a fair amount of noise. We are located near popular restaurants, marinas and nightclubs. Keeping this in mind, all rooms are equipped with sound/white noise machines. Plus, in the summer, the A/C units in each room should be running.
