The cozy living room with a large sofa, flat-screen TV, tiled stove with a viewing window and a large sunny balcony invite you to linger. The fully equipped, high-quality kitchen with electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, spacious dining area and access to the south-facing balcony leaves nothing to be desired. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with large double beds (2 x 2 meters) and a bedroom with a box spring bed (1.8 x 2 meters) with access to the large balcony. The two bathrooms with toilet, vanity, large mirror, hairdryer, shower and bathtub complete the overall picture. In summer, you can spend relaxed barbecue evenings in our garden.
