It's the getaway you have been wanting! The lake and gorgeous patio and sand beach. The owner is only about a 15 minute drive away should you need anything. The neighborhood is a fun and relaxed little villa. The neighbors are great people. Don't be surprised if the invite you over for a drink! The neighborhood is off the beaten path and most of the neighbors drive a golf cart around the lake. Once off the lake property, it's only a few miles to either Bellevue, NE or Papillion, NE, both busy suburbs of Omaha that will have everything you need! Keurig coffee maker and condiments are for guest use. Food, beverage, and alcohol are solely the owners and not for guest consumption. NO PARTIES! This is a quiet lake and most of the neighborhood lives here full time. The neighbors will report partying to us.
