Welcome to the Sunset Cabin! 1 bedroom, 1 bath getaway located next to Saybrook Park in a cabin community. Beautiful lake view and wonderful sunsets. Only a 5 minute drive to Geneva-on-the-Lake, a 7 minute drive to historic Ashtabula Harbor and a 15 minute drive to Spire Institute. Local wineries. 32" TV with wifi. There is a window air conditioner in the bedroom! Walkway down to lakeshore. 21 and over please. No smoking and no pets! Community gazebos with a fire pit! Laundry facilities. The space This is a No smoking and No pets home! Utensils for cooking provided. Coffee pot, air dryer and toaster available. Towels, bed sheets, blankets, pillows are provided. Please wash all dishes before leaving and put all beddings and towels on bedroom floor. Other things to note Check-in information given day before arrival.
