Cozy Room near Bike Path/River, The Whit, Airport

Peaceful, quaint room in duplex. Great for solo adventurers, traveling professionals or those in transition. Located around a beautiful treed neighborhood in the River Road area. Organic coffee, tea & snacks on me. It’s conveniently located near the 22 mile bike & walking path, along the Willamette River. 7 min to airport, 2.5 miles to the trendy Whitaker hood: Breweries, restaurants, food carts). 4 miles to downtown/UO. Chemical free house with organic cotton bedding. Infra red sauna The space It's a simple & warm (900 sq ft) duplex with around 120 sq ft foot room. It's inviting with the soft colors, a comfortable new, full bed, with one window looking out onto the secluded backyard. Each room has a thermostat setting for individual preference. Earplugs and a noise machine included for light sleepers. ~ I use biodegradable products & provide water & shower filters. ~ our bedroom doors face each other but beds are on opposite sides of the house. ~ black out curtains & blinds in room. ~ Guest book full of information about hiking trails, wineries, local restaurants, brochures of the bike path & local spots of interest. ~ Infra red sauna $15 for 1 hr. I've been hosting many traveling health care professionals the past few years. * I have a 1 yr old, sweet little cattle dog, Selah, who loves belly rubs and herding her basketball. * no cats please Guest access Kitchen, bathroom, living room, mudroom (W/D), backyard. Note: I do work from home part time but will let you know if anything is scheduled for the day where I may need more autonomy During your stay I'm randomly busy throughout the day & my schedule changes frequently. I prefer autonomy, but will always try and answer any questions or offer suggestions. And will always respect your privacy Other things to note ~ Dogs: I also board dogs and would be more than happy to pet sit (schedule permitting), if you’d like to go out for the evening or have an event. Please let me know in the booking message - long term (more than a week), pet fee $50 ~ Laundry: W/D available for $5 a load. (Excluded fee for long term stays) ~ No smoking. I’m sensitive to cigarette smoke on clothes as well.
