Welcome to our rustic-chic 2-bedroom waterfront guest suite with private entrance, tucked into a natural forested hillside overlooking a tranquil lake with calm, sparkling waters. A private guest dock with sun exposure — perfect for lounging, swimming, or sipping drinks. Complimentary use of a two-person kayak, stand-up paddleboard, and life vests to explore the lake at your leisure. parking for 2 cars (The upper bunk is not suitable for adults.) The space Relax in the cozy living room with a gas fireplace for chilly nights. The open-concept layout flows into a well-equipped kitchen and propane BBQ—everything you need to prepare great meals. Dine indoors or out on the deck. Enjoy your personal fire pit with views of the lake and forest. Use of one or two bedrooms: “The Dock” (Bedroom 1) Cozy and rustic. Queen bed with medium/firm mattress, fireplace, armchair with reading light, and two bathrobes for your use. “The Bunkie” (Bedroom 2) Bright and airy. Queen bed with firm mattress, built-in bunk beds, fireplace, armchair with reading light, and two bathrobes for your use. Guest access Water activities and dock access are available from the May long weekend through to Thanksgiving (weather permitting). The lake—once a volcanic crater—offers calm, clear waters perfect for paddling or swimming. Access to the private guest dock is via a shared staircase nestled in the natural landscape, complete with a handrail for support. Please note: due to the terrain and stairs, it may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges. Other things to note Cleaning Fee To maintain a high standard of cleanliness, especially with added COVID protocols, we’ve adjusted our cleaning fee structure: $75 for guests using one bedroom $100 if both bedrooms are used, Please note: an additional per-person fee applies after double occupancy Internet & Entertainment While we don’t have cable, we do provide good-speed Wi-Fi (not unlimited). To ensure stable connectivity for all guests, we kindly ask you to limit video streaming and gaming. Enjoy our collection of classic DVDs (oldies but goodies), or download your favourites before arrival. The smart TV is Wi-Fi enabled with access to streaming apps. The internet is also reliable enough for Zoom meetings and remote work.
