It is all newly decorated and has two large covered outdoor decks. Enjoy an outdoor dining area and lounge chair perfect for the sunshine. In the fenced yard there is a beach area, and fire pit to enjoy after a day on the lake. There is Pontoon boat available for an additional fee & valid drivers license 21 y/o+ Guests have access to the first and second floor. Guests can access the backyard, lake and dock, please do not stand/sit/eat/take pics (or otherwise use) the boat unless you have specifically rented for the day. My girlfriend and I manage our Airbnb’s and live less than 10 minutes away. Call or text us anytime. Very close to stores. We recommend downtown Clarkston restaurants and Alex’s market for local groceries. Please inquire about pontoon boat if interested. Our first priority is our guests with our Airbnb. Please message at time of booking to secure availability. If you wish to not use it, it may be rented out/not docked there altogether. The boat is available rent, pricing varying on duration of stay, and subject to valid drivers license and 21y/o+.
