The space The family-friendly apartment (paterre, approx. 70m²) is in a quiet location with a large, beautiful garden and pasture (2 horses at the house) in the centre of Truchtlaching. Therefore you have the advantage that you can reach all facilities like EDEKA, bakery, original Bavarian restaurant directly at the Alz with beer garden, pizzeria, the Alzbad and many more fast and comfortably by foot within a radius of only approx. 100-200m. You don't need a car for this Truchtlaching is embedded in the wonderful landscape conservation area "Alztal". If you want to enjoy peace and nature or active recreation and leisure time by the water or in the mountains, you are in good hands here. You will spend your holiday in Germany's most beautiful landscape on the edge of the Alps between Lake Chiemsee and the Alz. The Alz flows directly through Truchtlaching; less than 200m away from us. Here, on the banks of the river, you will not only find the open-air swimming pool with its large sunbathing lawn (free admission), but also a typical Bavarian restaurant with a beautiful beer garden under shady chestnut trees.
