To the left a corridor to the 2nd and 3rd bedroom with a shared bathroom. and to the right after a few steps is the kitchen and family room with a bathroom to freshen up next to the garage entrance. On the other side of the family room is the master bedroom with attached bath and walk in closet. There are four massive patio doors to access the poolside all throughout the house. Natural sunlight seeps all through the home so one can enjoy the daylight. The entire home is accessible omitting the attic. Please respect our amenities. The lovely neighbors and the calmness of the area. Filled with a majority of old folks there is no worry of nuisances. Public transit is merely a walk away but not too reliable, both the Tampa intl and the st pete/clearwater intl are an hour away.
