We can only support 2 cars in the driveway, if you have more cars, please contact us to make other arrangements. Street parking is very limited on the main road, but is available on the nearby side streets. There is a Rite Aid at the top of the street that is a 5 minute walk, though I don't recommend parking overnight there. If you need to drop an extra vehicle overnight, I recommend the Jim Hamilton Airport, about a 3 minute drive to the southeast. An uber can basically get you anywhere you want around Columbia. We’re in a good central location to get wherever you need to go! We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost of cleaning. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
