150 sq.m. apartment with expensive modern renovation in the historical part of the city, 5 minutes walk from Primorsky Boulevard and Deribasovskaya. There are 2 rooms (each for 2 beds), a 100 m hall with a soft area, a bar counter, a billiard table and a lounge area by the fireplace. A comfortable work desk. All natural, environmentally friendly materials are used in the finishing. There is a generator! You can park your car in the yard. No pets! Smoking is not allowed in the apartment! Other things to note In case of a power outage, it is possible to use the generator. Up to five hours of generator operation per day is included in the price, we turn it on at the request of guests. Additional generator operating time is paid by guests at the rate of 100 UAH per hour. The generator cannot operate from 11pm to 8am.
