Additionally we provide herbs and spices, and the refrigerator is loaded with condiments. Also available are Ninja blender, Cuisinart 14-cup coffee maker, crock pot, and rice cooker. The living and family rooms offer lots of seating and space to relax and enjoy time with your friends and family. Guests will have access to the entire property. There will be someone there to check you in when possible. If not, a key will be made available to you for check-in and house information and instructions will be provided for you. There will always be someone to call for any questions or help. This is a very unique area and neighborhood in Las Vegas. It is a rural preserve, very rare in Las Vegas, it's horse country! There are many horses and stables in the preserve. Because the estate is located in a preserved neighborhood, it is very quiet and private. There is a Vons grocery store 4 minutes away (1.7 miles) and a Walmart 5 miles away. There is also a Costco 11 miles away. There is plenty of parking on the estate. There is a large 4 car garage and the driveway can accommodate at least 5 cars. There is plenty of additional parking in front of the house and around the cul de sac and on the street. The estate can accommodate trailers, RV's and plenty of room for any type of equipment which may need to parked or stored. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE! Although the house is private and normal noise levels are permissible, if there is a complaint, you could be evicted from the house immediately. The primary renter must be at least 30 years of age.
