10-15 minutes walking distance from the University of Guelph and only 3-5 minutes away from no-frills supermarket and bus stop/other restaurants. Private Room with a between twin & double size sofa bed located in the basement & big window/ great lighting. This is a room with sliding thin walls and a sliding door & a simple lock. The sound insulation effect 0f the wall, not 100%. Please read our rules in detail. We also live here in semi-retirement. Guest access You have your own private, lockable room. The living room bathroom, and kitchen are shared with your housemates. This house has a designated person regularly takes care of and cleans the common areas, but every tenant is responsible for keeping the space clean and tidy. After using the common areas, you must return all items to their original place and clean up the area you used.
