Important Note on Pricing & Access: Our standard listed price is a monthly rate with 40% discount, which grants you full access to the entire house of the main living spaces, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The garage and laundry facilities are excluded, and remain locked and inaccessible. If you require access to the laundry in the basement, please message us before booking so we can adjust the pricing to our standard base rate (0% discount), with acceptance of the basement As Is condition. The space Home Sweet Home offers a unique floor plan. The entryway hallway and the bedrooms hallway are connecting each other separated by the kitchen area. Traffic across the dining room, living room, and office could be avoided. There is an enormous range of colors, feelings, and functionalities that you might find in Home Sweet Home. The features design choices create a balance of romance, sharpness, and stunning decoration. Guest access Guests are welcome to access the entire space in the house except basement and garage. The only access to backyard is come from a lock gate front yard. Other things to note 1. The passcode for access to the backyard will be sent out to the guest upon request. 2. Garage is not included and remain locked and inaccessible. 3. Basement is not included and remain locked and inaccessible 4. Laundry facility is not included. It is located in the basement.
