Relax on the large sectional sofa in the living room, or curl up with a book and take a cat nap on the bedroom sofa. Enjoy your morning coffee on our 400 square foot deck and watch the small planes fly overhead to the Wright Brother’s Memorial airport. If the weather is favorable you may wish to eat a meal on the outdoor dining table. Go for a jog or bike ride to the monument on the bike path located at the end of the road or take a walk down the pretty shaded streets of First Flight Village. Complementary items included: - Bed sheets, quilt/comforters and pillows. Extra pillows (including memory foam) are available. - 1 bath towel and wash cloth per guest and 1 hand towel. Additional black wash cloth for makeup removal - 1 roll of paper towels - 2 rolls of toilet paper - trash bags - Hand soap - Hotel size bottle of shampoo, conditioner, lotion and body soap. - Dish soap, sponge and dish cloth are provided as we do not have a dishwasher at this time. - Laundry detergent - Ironing board and iron - Sound machine for white noise - USB charger ports - Room darkening curtains in bedrooms - Hair dryer - Toaster - Coffee makers (traditional and Keurig) coffee filters - Salt, pepper, sugar for coffee, and a few other seasonings. - Basic kitchen items such as dishes, glass wear, wine glasses, silverware, knives, cooking utensils, pots, pans, common bakeware, and children’s plates, cups and eating utensils. - 2 adult bikes - Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and boogie board *Anything else you may need outside of the items provided will need to be brought by the guest. We do provide linens for you, however, if you prefer to bring your just own let us know! Our smart TV is equipped for you to use your Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and other type accounts. It also comes with free programming if you do not subscribe to any of these. We do not have cable television. Wifi is available for your personal devices. We have keypad entry for the downstairs garage/laundry room area so you can safely lock any bicycles, kayaks, surf boards, body boards or beach chairs you may wish to bring. We do not offer a grill due to the risk of house fire. We have outdoor security cameras. These cameras monitor the garage entry and driveway. They do not video the top deck, or any of the living area. An early check in is sometimes possible. I will message you as soon as the house is ready. *PLEASE READ* ********* 4 ADULT MAX ********* The house is best suited for families with up to 5 kids or for 2 couples who don’t mind sharing one bathroom. We offer many sleeping options (bunk bed, sleeper sofa, queen bed) however the house has only two bedrooms and one bathroom and is not suited for more than four adults. Even four adults sharing one bathroom will be tight so please consider this before booking so you won’t be disappointed. Our house is in a quiet residential neighborhood so absolutely no loud music or parties. *************NO PETS************ **********NO SMOKING********** *Inside or outside the house* We hold to a strict no smoking and no animal policy for guests, owners and cleaning staff who may be highly sensitive and/or allergic. 3 CAR MAX Guest access Guests have access to the entire property with the exception of one locked owners closet. The main living area is located on the top floor. The washer and dryer are located in the downstairs garage. Guests may store any outdoor equipment they bring with them in the garage. This property is not shared with anyone else. You have the entire property to yourself.
