Little Piece of Heaven Lake House

Welcome to our favorite place in the world: our Little Piece of Heaven Lake House! This beautiful lake house has has floor-to-vaulted ceiling windows overlooking the Elk River and you can see the sunset from the loft bedroom overlooking the water also. You can have a glass of wine on the upper deck or enjoy the fire pit outside. We love this home so much and we hope you love it, too! The space This is the perfect relaxing waterfront getaway! The house is dreamy, the views are beautiful and the location is quiet and remote- perfect for some time away to rest and recharge. This is our summer home and we love it and take great care of it down to every detail such as fresh beach towels by the back door or coastal scented candles to make you feel right at home on the water. Guest access Any area except two locked closets upstairs and the garage. The rest is all yours! Other things to note There is a queen bed upstairs in the master bedroom, a twin-over-full bunk in the downstairs bedroom and a pullout couch in the living room. There are two bathrooms. The upstairs bathroom has a claw foot tub and the downstairs bathroom has a tub and shower. We have a gas grill on the deck with outdoor cooking space as well as an outdoor table with umbrella. There is one dock and boat slip (left side) with a table and chairs, fire pit, canoe and kayak. We also have life jackets and floats to enjoy the water. (This is a waterfront house but TVA drops the water lower in the winter so there may not be direct water access from our dock depending on what time of year you visit.)
