Condo in Wisconsin Dells

Mel’s Marina is part of the Sunset Cove Condos right on the Wisconsin River-The Upper Dells! You are also walking distance to Downtown Dells on Broadway OR a short drive to water parks, wineries, and other experiences and adventures such as THE iconic Original Ducks. The space You have one off street parking spot and plenty of street parking. You open up the sliding doors to #204 with your unique code given to you a few days before your stay. You are greeted by a River Life sign and a family of pink flamingoes. The living room has plenty of seating including a Velvet sofa and chair. The kitchen is fully stocked with copper pots and pans, a toaster, coffee pot, microwave, oven, fridge, and dish washer. There is one bathroom with a full tub and shower. We also provide you with shampoo, conditioner, soap, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. The Queen bedroom has a dresser and the washer and dryer. The king room has a king bed and a set of bunk beds. Every guest get 2 pillows and clean, fun bedding and blankets! The best part is the little patio that overlooks the Wisconsin River. We’ve provided you with extra turquoise indoor/outdoor chairs, so more than 2 guests can enjoy the view. You may also enjoy the indoor & outdoor pool & hot tub from 9:00-9:00. The key fob is located on a hook by the Welcome Sign (chalkboard). Enjoy and be respectful of this amenity! Follow ALL rules. Guest access Self Check-In (Contactless)! You will receive a unique code to enter and a key fob for some of the condo Amenities. You get the WHOLE condo #204 including 2 bedrooms, washer & dryer, living room, kitchen, and patio (electric grill provided) The closets are locked, but every door has hooks and/or hangers, AND the Queen room has dresser drawers. You also have access to the hot tub , indoor pool, and outdoor pool. Other things to note We are committed to clean! This place has it all! And you have your own, personal vacation planner - so ask questions and ask me to suggest what your best vacation might look like. We also have suggestions in our binder given by my whole family - kids and husband. : ) We love our town and want you to love it too!
