Welcome to our comfy cozy fully-furnished casita in our beautifully landscaped charming historic neighborhood! This studio apt is for ONE (1) GUEST ONLY with off-street parking, easy access to a Zen-like patio, & gas grill. We are 5 mins to Lucy Pk, 10 mins from downtown or MSU, & 10 mins to SAFB. A quiet & serene, safe retreat perfect for shaded walking, running, or biking. Your guests are welcome, however, they are not allowed to stay overnight. Please, no exceptions made without penalty. The space Cozy kitchenette with 2-burner cooktop, microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, and furnished coffee station with dishes/utensils/pots/pans included. Also, bathroom linens furnished. Other things to note Our "Go To" book remains in the apartment for your convenience!
