The Warren apartment ground floor

Nine self-catering holiday apartments set in a beautiful, quiet location in Shanklin Old Village on the Isle of Wight. Secluded gardens with outdoor swimming pool, and free WiFi internet access for all guests. Pets are welcome. The space The Warren is on the ground floor of the Coach House with easy access to the gardens and Popham Road. There is an open plan living/dining room/kitchen with its own private patio area leading from the back bedroom. Both bedrooms have 3ft zip and link beds which can be set up as twin or super kingsize - please specify on the booking form your preferred bed configuration. The separate bathroom includes a bath with shower over. All bed linen and towels are provided for the apartment - we just ask guests to provide their own pool/beach towels. All the apartments at Luccombe Villa have fully equipped kitchens with fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven and gas hob. Guests have access to the communal Amenity Room which includes two washing machines and a tumble dryer (£2 per load), tourist information and books, games and DVDs for all ages. Accommodation is available throughout the year. Short breaks available from October to April. From May to September bookings are Friday to Friday.). Dogs are very welcome at Luccombe Villa.The Burrow, The Warren and The Den are all on ground floor apartments with their own small private patio area. Cherry Tops is on the first floor with a balcony. I'm afraid dogs aren't allowed in the communal guests' garden. However, the apartments are located opposite Rylstone Garden and a minutes walk from Big Mead – a large open area – ideal to let off all that energy first thing in the morning. Dogs are allowed on the beach to the south of Shanklin Chine throughout the year. Luccombe Villa Holiday Apartments occupy a wonderful, quiet position just a short stroll from Shanklin Chine which takes you down to Shanklin beach at a small cost for a weekly pass, Rylstone Gardens and Shanklin Old Village. There is a slightly longer route to the beach through the Old Village which takes about 10-15 minutes to walk.
