Keyless entry on front door leads to main level (where we live and you walk through our living room) down stairs to your private apartment. King size bed. Comfortable sofas and recliners. Very clean and quiet. Smart TV with local channels and free Hulu Netflix prime or stream devices. fireplace. Kitchenette has microwave, fridge, toaster, stove,coffee pot, filtered water, coffee grounds and tea, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee creamer. Plates, cups, bowls, silverware pots, pans bowls. The space Keyless front door enters into our living area where you walk downstairs into your private suite. This place is quiet, relaxing and comfortable. You will enjoy the entire lower level that has large windows in the sitting room and the bedroom. Enjoy the soft water and the comfort of a king or queen sized beds. You will feel safe and secure in our home. Your bedroom door has a lock on it as well as the door at the bottom of the stairs. We have extra sheets and blankets.The only time we will be entering your space is to switch out the towels or change the bedding during your stay. There is a table & four chairs for games, eating or working on your computer. Kitchenette offers microwave, fridge, 2 burner hot plate ,toaster, coffee maker, coffee grounds, tea, cold filtered drinking water. Guest access You will have access to the entire basement by walking through our living room. We occupy main level. You'll have so much space to enjoy. You'll have access to kitchenette in basement (no stove) there is a refrigerator, microwave & coffee maker and toaster. Other things to note With just my husband, me and cat using the property it is a nice and quiet environment. No smoking or alcohol allowed on premises.
