Guest access Entire apartment including 2 balconies, large and bright kitchen. Wifi .... _ There is a convenience store right in the building with all kind of necessary stuff including beer and wine. - Please Do not use back emergency stairways. During your stay I live in the same building and my respond rate is %100. Other things to note - Please DO NOT USE THE BALCONY STAIRWAYS. Except in an emergency. - Please Keep the parking under the balcony clean. - Please keep the street door UNLOCKED but closed. - No smoking - No events or parties - No pets - Watch your steps to the kitchen.
