Rooms are decorated with historic objects and creative touches. The house has been known for centuries as a place of healing energy. From the terraces, you can see over 100 km of landscape. Located by Pigeon Valley, right next to ancient cave churches. The space This is a protected historical house. Four of the rooms open directly to the courtyard and garden. They’re decorated with antique objects, photos, carpets, and paintings. The fifth room is a spacious cave room, adorned with rugs and wall art. All rooms have central heating and private bathrooms with hand-painted tiles. From the rooftop, you can enjoy a breathtaking view over Pigeon Valley, all the way to the volcano 100 km away. The garden is full of lilacs, almond and walnut trees, herbs, flowers — and hidden pieces of art tucked between the plants. Guest access Guests have their own private room and bathroom. You’re also welcome to use the community kitchen, which is fully equipped for preparing meals. Take your time in the shared spaces — the terrace with its stunning view, the garden, and the cozy corners around the house. Don’t miss the "Konak" — a historical room filled with handmade plates and unique art. It’s a place to relax and appreciate the past while enjoying the present. Every morning, enjoy a special homemade breakfast with fresh jams, local fruits, vegetables, and cheeses, served on the terrace with a beautiful view over Pigeon Valley. We also offer a smaller breakfast option for budget travelers — the ingredients are the same, and you can choose which breakfast you prefer when you arrive. We have a variety of rooms to suit different preferences. If you have specific needs (e.g., fewer stairs, a large bathroom, family rooms, a room with a view, or more sunlight), just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you based on availability. If you have your eye on a particular room, please ask us to check its availability and reserve it for you. We’re happy to host solo travelers with two single rooms available, and if they’re free, you can book one for yourself. If they’re occupied, we can offer two separate rooms at an additional cost, depending on availability. For groups, we’ll place rooms near each other, and for families, we offer connectable rooms and a portable crib. Early check-in and late checkout are available for a fee of 10 Euro per room, depending on availability. We also have a shared kitchen for you to prepare meals or drinks. Occasionally, we host multimedia dinner shows in the cave beneath our house. If you're interested, let us know!
