It’s not fancy—but it’s full of character, incredible views, and the kind of easygoing vibe that makes you instantly unwind. Spend your days fishing, biking, kayaking, watching dolphin or boating right from the back dock, then walk to one of our three local restaurants for live music, good food, and a fun, unpolished Florida atmosphere. Upscale shopping, dining and public beaches are just a short drive away when you want a change of pace. Enjoy large flat screen internet tvs, WiFi access and a well equipped kitchen. Guest access Guests will have full access to the house and grounds. Second floor is accessed by an open air walk through. Other things to note Yard, trashcan or bug maintenance may occur during your stay. Please ask if any questions or concerns! Also, we do provide a very robust starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps, shampoo and conditioner. You should have what you need for a basic stay however, for longer stays or extra needs, you may need to provide your own additional one time use supplies. Lastly, we do provide regular and intensive Bug control. However, this is Southwest Florida directly on the water and so encountering a bug may occur.
