SAFE space in renovated house. All to yourself!

My favorite features of the house is the open concept, especially the kitchen. Street parking is available, I usually find a spot right in front of the house. If not, I find parking nearby. The neighborhood is called Roxborough, PA. It is one of the SAFEST in Philadelphia. Enjoy fully furnished rooms, the cinema style set up for movie nights, a 4 minute walk to Wissahickon park. A great park for hiking and to enjoy some peace by the water. A 20 minute drive to all that downtown have to offer.
