This condo has a very open floor plan with beautiful views and is walking distance to everything. The condo is fully furnished and located in The Beau Monde, which has been recently renovated and includes many amenities such as heated beachfront pool, fitness center, sauna, showers, tennis courts, covered parking, and BBQ area. This is a 3 month minimum rental with utilities included. The space Walk in the condo to your kitchen at the front of the condo, which has been somewhat updated, but is stocked for your needs during your extended stay/vacation. The living area is large and spacious and includes a dining area, living area and Florida room with fantastic views. In the large master there is a king size bed and two twins in the 2nd bedroom, both with attached baths. Almost every room has a view! Guest access Guests have access to the condo, 1 parking space, the year round heated pool, tennis courts, private beach access, gym, grills. Other things to note Guests will need to go through an application process with the HOA, which has a $150 fee. This will include a background and credit check. Once Airbnb reservation is made, guests will be subject to approval before full confirmation can be issued.
