The Villa can fit up to 8 guests very comfortable with this beautifully set up. The main bedroom along with its updated en-suite bathroom is located on the right side of the home with a luxurious bath with dual vanities, soaking tub and a walk through shower. Next to it is a queen bedroom and the left side of the home features two more bedrooms. The home has a living room and a family room with plenty of TVs for the entire family. Formal dining and living areas flow to the centrally placed kitchen which is the center of the home with beautiful views of the pool. Family and guests will enjoy the high-quality furnishings in the 4 bedrooms villa. The home has tropical plantation shutters throughout. For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted. The glass front doors bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation paradise. Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai. Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience. Highlights of the outside include: negative edge pool, having meals outdoors a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, entertaining or just relaxing and enjoying morning coffees on the dock with amazing views down the canal. Additional guests beyond the 4th will incur a fee of $20 per night. • Check-in time is 4:00 PM. • Check-out time is 10:00 AM. • Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee. Please contact our Reservations Department in advance to confirm availability. • Pets are only permitted in properties specifically listed as “pet-friendly.” For those homes, a $150 + tax non-refundable pet fee applies and must be included at the time of booking. • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rental properties. • The rental includes a $75 per week electricity allowance. Any overage will be charged at $0.15 per kWh, based on meter readings. • If the home features an outdoor kitchen with a built-in BBQ, please note that the built-in grill is reserved for owner use only. A standalone gas BBQ will be available for guest use. • For bookings made through Airbnb, you will receive an additional email from Vesteva Vacation Rentals.
