We have a Palm Springs Business licensee and we pay t.o.t tax permit number #2205. We meet and greet all guests personally and have an office on site. We are in a private gated community so all Airbnb guests have to register all vehicles at the clubhouse in the Oasis Resort. Come stay at Our Spanish modern style villas that spread over 27 acres of luxurious desert landscaping. Our breathtaking gated community is located in the prestigious city of Palm Springs, California. Come and enjoy the warm sun and peaceful grounds of this one of a kind Resort. You will never want to leave! This newly renovated Condo is a Spacious 1225 sq. ft. with two Primary Bedroom suites with plasma TV's and two brand new luxury Bath Rms. It sleeps 4-6 people. The kitchen has top appliances and granite counter tops. All units have a patio BBQ, free parking, 8 pools, access to Tennis / Pickleball courts, Bocce, basketball and strolls through the lush landscaping. Living Rm. has a queen size sofa bed with comfy memory foam mattress so it accommodates 6 guests well. The Oasis Resort is in a beautiful gated community with all the extras provided like pool towels, even some pool noodles! Guest access Guest access GETTING AROUND Our vacation Condo is located in South Palm Canyon where it’s a light wind area with lots of sunshine. The Oasis Resort offers a lot for your money like: Saturday main pool parties with burgers and more. Also, a Sunday pancake feed with root beer floats. It is all part of your vacation experience here at the OASIS. Our neighborhood is centrally located in South Palm Springs just minutes away from downtown Palm Springs and El Paseo Ave, Palm Desert in the other direction and with its high end luxurious shops. Both directions have art galleries and world class restaurants, hiking trails, golf, and live theater productions. Other things to note We get winter retired guests, families and some nearby large city dwellers that need a get-away coming to our Oasis! You can golf nearby, or plan to see the tennis championships. Other things to note, at the Oasis Resort you are close to downtown Palm Springs and surrounded by walking trails, Vons Grocery store, Target, Trader Joes are within waking distance. The famous Parker Hotel and its celebrity sightings is just across the street and you are near all the Mid Century architectural neighborhoods for Modernism Week events. The condo is centered between El Paseo, Palm Desert and Palm Springs where there is endless dining choices, shopping- luxurious or artsy. Lots of live theater, spas, yoga, art studios/ galleries and Coachella and Stagecoach music events are also nearby. So much to do here!
