Farm Stay - Turquoise Room @ Palomino Pines

Palomino Pines is on 20 acres bordering the Kettle Moraine Forest with a horse trail head just outside the driveway. Our ranch is home to many horses, chickens, cats, and our two dogs. We purchased the property in 2024 following a passion for horse training and riding and hope to share that with you during your stay! Our lower level is newly remodeled that retains the character of the 1875 homestead with modern amenities, private rooms, and wrap around porch. The space This listing is for reserving the Turquoise room, a single bedroom for 2 people and shared bathroom with the White Room. These two bedrooms and the shared bathroom are located on the first floor, separate from the rest of the house. For those who would like more privacy you are able to rent both bedrooms which can then provide you with a private bathroom. Our Ranch house has a total of five bedrooms and three baths. The lower level has been totally remodeled with all modern amenities including a spa bath with three shower heads and steam room function located in the downstairs bathroom. Each room is your PRIVATE space yet the kitchen, living area, and indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces could possibly be SHARED with other guests. The first floor rooms (the White and Turquoise Rooms) have direct access to the wrap around porch, with views of the pasture, perfect to enjoy a morning coffee. Both rooms have queen Sleep Number beds, smart TVs, ceiling fans, and a dresser/closet for storage. **During the summer months we have a centralized Air Conditioning unit that supplies the whole downstairs with cool air. To receive air conditioning in your private room you must have the door partially agar. Please note that evenings on the farm get nice and cool which is comfortable for sleeping even with the door closed.** *DISCLAIMER* come early June 2025 we will have a new addition to our family. Please be aware that this room is also in the same home as the owners. Guest access You have access to any of the public spaces and are more than welcome to walk around the property and visit with the horses. Please do not touch the braided rope as it is electric. This is a working horse ranch with the comings and goings of borders and clients, but your privacy will be respected. There are plenty of daily chores and projects that we will be tending to. Private lessons and trail rides can be offered á la carte. We ask that you please be mindful of the animals and equipment around the ranch, especially with children, for your safety. During your stay If you need anything please message us! Other things to note Breakfast is provided upon request, so please message us after booking if you’d like to set that up. We will only provide breakfast if business allows.
