With mid century and comfortable furnishings, this guest suite is set up to experience the feel of a hotel room with coffee, tea, microwave and mini fridge that makes it feel like home. The space Newly decorated Airbnb in the highly sought after Arcadia area. Private master suite which includes a smart TV, bathroom with tub and shower. Sitting room with comfortable seating and a table that can be used as a work space with extra usb plugs. The family yard is not shared, however the guests have access to their own outdoor sitting area, on the east side of the house. The outdoor area has a table, chairs, sitting area, pergola with lights. Guests also have a spot to park in the driveway. Guest access Guests have access to the driveway, private side yard with pergola and lights and master suite with sitting area. Guests do not have access to family home backyard, pool, BBQ, fire places or hot tub. Guests will need to walk through the family yard to get to the entrance of the Air BNB. Other things to note This neighborhood is a close knit group. No other guests will be permitted on property that are not listed in the booking however there are many parks, restaurants and bars to meet local friends.
