Large and well designed apartment, good furnitures and matresses and telework facilities in a small family building located in Saint-Roch , a revitalized district ( center of video game companies + universities). We are 15-20 minutes walk from historical district, nearby, restaurants, cafes, boutiques and grocery stores. Everything may be done by walk. Yves, your host, is a certified guide and may help you. Park in our private garage with a medium size vehicle (as a SUV: Honda CRV ) The space It is a good size apartment in a small building of four units dating back almost a hundred years, which we have completely redone. We live there on the ground floor and are available to welcome and help you, with discretion. Everything is available: accessories, Wi Fi, Netflix and comfortable, quality furniture and bikes. We have left some personal elements but it is limited. You will have access to our backyard, with trees and garden. Guest access You have access to all the apartment , the patio and BBQ Other things to note It is a confortable place and a secure area in a real local and revitalized neighborhood. You are close to everything, by walk, car, bus, cab, Uber or bike.
