Surround yourself with happy memories of Harry Potter in this enchanting guest suite located in the garden of Rosemary House in Old Towne Orange. Completely private from the main house with an upstairs bathroom (10 steep steps!), it's the perfect spot for a Harry Potter movie marathon or a comfy place to rest your head after a long day at Disneyland. Easy access within walking distance of Chapman University and The Circle with lots of charming shops and restaurants. The space This completely private bedroom and upstairs bathroom is located in the garden with access through the backyard gate and private french door entrance to the room. You can expect freshly laundered sheets, 4 fluffy pillows, and 2 thick towels upon arrival. An extra blanket can be found in the bottom drawer of the dresser in case you need it. This room is equipped with its own AC/heater unit which you will control the temperature of. Enjoy access to many channels on the 55” TV including Disney plus, Amazon prime, Netflix, and PBS. A fridge, freezer, and kettle are all in the room to make snacking easy. Starbucks VIA instant coffee, hot cocoa, tea, cups, plates, utensils, and paper towels are also provided. Please note that the upstairs bathroom is reached by 10 very steep stairs. There are double handrails and the steps are the same depth and height of normal stairs but 2 steps are compacted into the space of 1 making it a steeper climb than normal. Most guests love its artistic nature, but some people find it disconcerting. Please look at the pictures and read the reviews to see if this listing will be comfortable for you. Guest access Guests will access the Harry Potter Suite through the backyard gate and let themselves in through the unlocked french doors. Instructions for locking the doors from the outside are included in the "House Manual" which can be found on top of the microwave. Access to the main house is not included with this listing.
