Excellent location in an Old Florida setting nestled between the intra-coastal waterway and top-rated Crescent beach. Siesta Key Village is a short distance away. Beach lovers will enjoy the white sand beach just across the street, a brief walk to a private deeded beach access. Or relax at the complex, sit on comfortable chairs on the green lawn, watch boats pass by from the tiki hut, do some fishing from our private pier or, take a swim in the heated swimming pool. The space Master bedroom has private bath and king size bed with Tempur-pedic mattress, and flat screen TV. 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. Sleeper sofa in the living room. The dining room table seats four comfortably. Enjoy a cup of coffee, happy hour or just sit back and relax in the enclosed lanai equipped with an outdoor fan. The condo has a flat screen TV in the living/dining area. The kitchen is equipped with pots/pans, microwave, coffee maker, blender and utensils. Air conditioning is throughout the unit. Beach towels, umbrella, chairs, beach cart, cooler and kids beach toys are available for your use (stored in the lanai). Enjoy the heated pool with beautiful view of the intra-coastal waterway, bbq grills and picnic area, tiki hut, fishing dock, and boat basin. Laundry room with coin and app operated washers and dryers. Crescent Beach is a short walk from the cottage. Trolley stop is nearby right outside the complex and enjoy free trolley rides to SK Village. Guest access Easily accessible ground floor unit and convenient parking for one car right outside the front door. Partially shaded. Additional parking spots around the property. Other things to note -This is a friendly resort. No parties or non-registered guests -Renters must be at least 25 years of age. - Maximum 4 guests including children and infants. -Non-smoking unit inside and out. $250 smoking penalty -Two key fobs are also provided for deeded beach access. ($250 charge per fob will be applied to your credit card on the file if lost or not left in the unit) -All dishes must be cleaned and put away. Cooler must be cleaned -Beach chairs cleaned of sand and hung on the wall. -Food must be removed from the kitchen, cabinets and fridge -Trash must be removed and put in the dumpster in the rear of the property.
