A modern outlook on beach life! 2 bedroom, 2 bath beach villa that sleeps 5 comfortably on memory foam mattresses. Relax in the living room after a long day in the sand. Fully stocked kitchen to cook most any meal you want to whip up! Parking and check in are easy! 5-10 minute walk to the beach across the scenic boardwalk! Watch the crabs scurry along the marsh or turtles swim in the tidal creek. Lots of wildlife to watch! Enjoy the complimentary golf cart shuttle that runs hourly in season. The space Welcome to Hilton Head Resort! Some of the best amenities on the island! Our villa is located in building 3, which houses the indoor attractions - heated pool, hot tub (for guests 13 and older), kiddie pool, sauna, fitness room and running track. **About our villa** Easy access with our smart lock system! No need for keys. Comfortable living room furniture for relaxing after a long day of exploring! The kitchen is fully furnished for whipping up most any meal you can imagine. Both bedrooms and the living room have smart flat screen tvs so be sure to bring your Netflix login! Cable is provided, but streaming is easy with the provided wifi. Rest easy on memory foam mattresses on every bed. The master bedroom boasts a king bed and an en suite bath. The guest room has twin over full bunk beds. We provide sound machines in both bedrooms so you can listen to the ocean all night! Note - we do not provide beach towels. The towels provided are not to leave the villa. Please note that pets are NOT allowed at Hilton Head Resort. While our pictures show a balcony, it is not an outdoor balcony. It overlooks the indoor amenities. Guest access You have access to the entire villa, minus a cabinet in the corner of the dining room. Also, all of the common spaces and amenities - three pools (one indoor and heated), tennis, badminton, and pickle ball courts, hot tub, picnic area with bbq grills, fitness room, and our private beach access. Other things to note Only two vehicles allowed per reservation. No RV's, trailers or commercial vehicles are allowed to stay on the property. Please note that only cars are allowed to park under the buildings as there is a 6 foot clearance. All suv’s, truck and vans will need to park in the parking lot. Bike rentals are available onsite for an additional fee. Provided towels are not for beach use. Please plan to bring beach towels. We do provide a beach wagon, chairs and some sand toys. Be sure to inquire with the host about accessing them as they are stored in a locker, not in the villa. All guests will need to provide proof of age prior to booking. Minimum age for booking guest is 25 due to insurance regulations. We definitely welcome families and children! Please inquire with the host prior to booking if you have any questions!
