The space Our waterfront unit overlooks the marina and intercoastal waterway on Madeira Bay. Beach goers need only to take a one minute walk across the street to the sugar-white sand of Madeira Beach. Our condo is the perfect vacation spot; private and quiet location, yet the beach, restaurants, fishing and nightlife are just a short walk away. Our condo is on the third floor and has two bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a brand new king bed and the second bedroom has a brand new trundle/day bed. There is also a full size pull out couch in the living room. The unit comfortably sleeps 4, and even one to two more by utilizing the pull out. There is a full kitchen stocked with dinner and cookware, dishwasher, microwave, full size refrigerator, stove and washer and dryer. There is cable television and wi-fi in the unit. We also keep several beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels along with some beach toys, 1child life vest, 1 beach wagon, fishing pole, 2coolers, pool noodles, snorkeling equipment in the home for you. This is a self catered unit. Unit is equipped with the basic standard hygienic needs you may want. Enjoy the fitness center and heated pool and jacuzzi while in view to the beautiful marina Guest access Pool, Jacuzzi, Balcony and Gym Other things to note Early check-in requests should be made as close to the check-in date as possible. Approvals are more challenging during Spring Break and peak seasons. All requests are sent to our cleaning company, and additional fees may apply if schedule adjustments are needed to accommodate the request. $65 EARLY CHECK IN FEE Smoking of ANY KIND is NOT permitted in the condo or on the balcony. There are areas around the building where smoking is permitted. NO PETS PERMITTED. FEES APPLICABLE IF RULES ARE BROKEN. BEACH NEEDS: 1 Beach Wagon, Beach toys, Beach Snorkels, Beach Chairs and more. Be aware that Beach closet may have evidence of Beach sand. PLEASE DO NOT HAUL CHILDREN IN WAGON. 2rolls of toilet paper per bathroom per stay will be provided. 1rolls of paper towels will be provided per stay. We do not provide laundry detergent.
