The space Welcome to The Robin's Nest, a charming glamping cabin located in a sunny forest clearing with picturesque views of natural wetlands. Our cozy cabin comes equipped with a double bed and a single loft bed, making it perfect for couples or a small family getaway. Stay warm and cozy with a wood stove inside or enjoy cooking on the front deck with a propane stove and oven. For your convenience, we have an outhouse and an outdoor shower with on-demand hot water located on your private site. As our guest, you will have access to the washroom building shared with other guests, as well as a shared sauna that you can book in advance with the calendar link provided one day before your arrival. We also offer canoe rentals, which you can learn more about in the FAQ document sent out upon booking confirmation. Situated on a 200+ acre property, wildlife and nature enthusiasts will be thrilled to explore our many walking trails and observe the beaver pond. Come immerse yourself in the beauty of nature and relax in the peace and tranquility of The Robin's Nest! Guest access Feel free to wander. The property is an old farm with lots of hidden treasures. There are forest walking trails, a pond area and some open pastures that are lush with wildflowers. Other things to note BRINGING A DOG: You are welcome to bring along your pup, however a $45 pet fee will apply. -Since the space is quite small, we only allow ONE dog per Bunkie. -Please inform us when booking if you plan to bring your pup. -We ask that you please bring extra blankets (or a dog bed) for your pup to sleep on and please keep them off the furniture. -Dogs must be monitored at all times (not left alone in the bunkie) and should not be bathed in our bathroom building. Hi -Please be mindful of the other guests with the noise level /barking as well as on leash, as some guests may be uncomfortable with unleashed dogs. Due to common allergies, cats must be kept at home. CANOE RENTAL: You can rent a canoe from our main house ($25 for a full day - 2 lifejackets and paddles are provided with the rental). The canoe is on wheels and can easily be pulled down to the boat launch area of Bull Lake down the road from the main house.
