The condominium has a dedicated staff to comply with these rules and FINES apply for violation of various minimum wages that may be deducted from your security deposit. If necessary , we reserve the right to stay for a reservation without a refund. Housekeepers charge 100,000 pesos per day. There will be one maid if her group is smaller than 8 people and 2 if it is larger. They will keep the house spotless and cook delicious! It's a mandatory service. Please note that the airbnb cleaning fee and service employees fee are independent and different. The small cleaning fee charged through Airbnb covers the preparation of the house before your arrival and cleaning after your departure. The maid's charge covers their work during their stay and you pay them directly before leaving. * You are expected to take your own market. It is a custom in our country that employees wont bring their own food and eat what they prepare so don't forget to bring enough for them too. Check-out time is strictly enforced. Late check-outs will be considered an extra night and will be charged accordingly. Let us assist you with your travel needs, from transportation from Bogota or the airport to the property, hiring extra employees, arranging activities or recommending a masseur. We will do everything in our reach to make your stay memorable. We remind you that the use of drones or any other similar equipment is completely prohibited and may incur a fine.
