Couples Get Away- Downtown Frankfort at The Roxy

The Jewel of The Roxy. Meant to be a studio apt., a full staircase and bedroom loft was added instead by removing some of the original ceiling joists. Those are now filled in & hold the wooden beam shelf in the bedroom with the original brick above it. The plaster walls show building technique from days past when plaster was applied directly to the brick. The loft railing features reclaimed wood beams from the building & metal security doors that protected the back of the building. The space The Roxy is located on the second floor on the SW corner of the courthouse square. The second floor renovations were completed in October 2020. The apartments are accessible by stairs only (about 28 of them). Guest access The Roxy has 7 apartments. There are 3 exterior common access doors which will require your keycard to open and a shared laundry space with 4 complementary washer/dryer units.
